Where do you ship?

We are located in Brooklyn NYC, but we ship to US, Canada Spain and UK. If you happen to live in any other country you can always contact us and we will try our best. Shipping prices vary depending on location, if you’re curious about the price to ship a certain item, shoot us an email, we’ll get right back to you. Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I pay?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)

When will my order arrive?
In general orders destine to the USA will arrive 5-8 business days after the purchase.
International orders vary but generally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your package in 10-20 business days.

Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments. International shipments do not come with tracking. If you would like your package to be trackable additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact us for more details.

Return policy
We do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item.
